Many of Las Colinas’ site staff provides escalation or consulting support to enterprise customers and partners through its Customer Service & Support (CSS) team. Approximately 2 million support cases are handled every year by Las Colinas’ CSS professionals or technical account managers through phone, online and on-site contact, and the CSS team handles approximately 10,000 calls and more than 1.5 million emails per day.
